Refund policy

If your item arrives defective, is damaged during shipment, or you receive the wrong product, please email us at info.logosandlux@gmail.com within 25 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and its barcode (if applicable).

For apparel, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original condition. Please ensure barcode stickers remain attached to apparel.

We’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible. In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item—because let’s be honest, nobody loves dealing with returns! You're free to keep or donate the original item.
